I also warn Vista 64 users even more caution, it has been known to cause crashes.

Had this for a while. Supposedly makes changing stuff easier by searching with keywords

This was probably unfinished at release so not directly included in the interface, though that is not a completely sound explanation since it has apparently been there since Vista. I suppose it should make it into SP1 now that it has come out.
