Since the new tier system has changed everything, I though about creating tech cards for the factions. For now I made a USA one to see what people think about them.

I would've used a reduced opacity US Faction Logo, but that isn't possible in paint

Wonderful work. I think it needs thicker and brighter lines (maybe try using white lines), as well as a darker American flag (the background shouldn't be that saturated and bright).

Regardless, love it, it's very informative and fairly concise.

Well, The_Hunter could have told me that earlier, he came, he read and he left - without posting. I had the idea roughly a month ago, and he said back then he would do something. Since then no evidence was given that he does them.
@NergiZed: yes I know about the lines, I will try to fix them (if that is actually needed). Also I made already several generic fixes to the USA one, and the Russian one has Generals powers done. We will see if the continuation is needed. Also thank you for the comments.

Considering the fact that it's already being made I don't really see a point in improving on this further. I mean, you can still go ahead and finish it if you want too.

Its hard to have the overlook here. The picture don't haepl you in the background. A more simple card would be much better!

The card is simple But I will explain for you:
the left side shows Generals abilities ordered like in-game. To the bottom of them are special units you only get via abilities (or Pilot logic).
The right side is parted in 3 areas, green is the normal area, yellow is tier 2 gained by the pow camp and red is tier 3 gained by the strategy centre. Also the bg's are not really final, but since Wi-Ta works on tech cards anyway there is not much sense in going further.

As a note, if you only have paint and you need to do advanced picture stuff. You could always get GIMP.

Do note I have GIMP and I did not need it for this project (except for resizing the BG's, but that is all).

It's nice that youve made so much effort but it seems a little cluttred what with the upgrades and researches in the same panels as units and buildings, and it was a little confusing to read all at once.
If I were you I would take a look at the tech sheet that came with Generals. Keep your building tech seperate from the research and unit sheets.
Each faction gets two sheets each; one for buldings, one for units/upgrades.

I know this Nidmeister, and I dislike this EA style actually. I had a reason why I made my tech card like that.

I made an improved edition. I added tier numbers to everything. Hopefully you'll like it. Thank you kamuik for making the basic part.

Well, out of all people who wrote here there was excactly 1 person so far that did not see the purpose of the bg's, so I see no sense in adding numbers that will only clutter the thing even more. Also, since Wi-Ta and The_Hunter work on tech cards anyway, I will not go further with mine (except the ones they make prove unuseful which I highly doubt).
