Is it me or the Navy Seals always say "Special Delivery" when I order them to attack any target? They have other attack quotes right in Red Alert 2 right?

I confirm this. No matter what SEAL attacks, building or unit, normal or force-fire, using C4 ability or just clicking "fire", he only says "special delivery". There was no such issue in 1.85 .

Confirmed:
VoiceAttack = SealVoiceC4Attack
This should be
VoiceAttack = SealVoiceAttack
