i dont know if this was talked about, if it has my bad; BUT i cant help but notice there isnt a place where fan-made maps can be shared with fellow players of ROTR.

Well you can upload your maps onto the ModDB addon section which is open for anyone to upload files.
After doing that you can simply post a link to them on the forum
