Help! Kwai (Tank) vs. Juhziz (Demo) Options

I'm stuck with trying to beat General Juhziz (Demo General) as General Kwai (Tank General).

I cannot put up my base as I'm always being harassed by combat cycles or bomb trucks in the very early game.

Help please!

Too deal with the combat cycle & bomb trucks just spam a bunch of red guard and position them around your base. Try to keep them spread apart so the explosions only kill one unit.

For a more cost effective solution you could just build bullfrogs as cannon fodder but they will not have any combat use.

Spamming Red Guard doesn't work for me, the enemy units ignore them or don't always run into them. and it's a constant resource drain. Bullfrogs I haven't tried, but I'd rather my units have a chance to take out enemy forces that just serve as cannon fodder.

I need to get a War Factory working ASAP but it's always my Supply Center, sometimes even my first Power Plant getting targeted - when I'm building it.
