The Gazelle was replaced with the Plague Duster on grounds that it looks less military and more like a modified civilian helicopter, particularly for the toxin sprayers. Me personally, I still prefer the Gazelle because it is a very credible military helicopter that the GLA could actually have, but the Plague Duster is functionally a lot like it. As for the Frogfoot, it was removed because it was too powerful and there appeared to be no proper way of balancing it without breaking it in some other way. In addition, the model was made before SWR adopted ROTR and since we wanted to replace all of these legacy models with our own ones, it was decided to simply cut the Frogfoot instead of rebalancing -and- remodelling it, and the Sokol was brought in.
