When me and my friend play vs ai we always get a mismatch but its fine when we play vs each other. There was an answer to this on FS but it got lost with the move.

Edit:After about an hour of searching i found the topic with the solution http://forum.falloutstudios.net/?showtopic=18271

I had the exact same problem once.
The cause was a no-cd crack. It is better to play Shockwave with the original .exe and CD.

Possibility II, was a problem with some skirmish-kind-of-scripts which have not been automatically renamed. For that you have to wait for an expert to answer, I forgot it. (:

We both have The First Decade with the 1.03 community patch. I had the same problem with another friend that uses just the generals Zero Hour cd and we fixed by changing the name of one of the files but I forgot how it was done after I reinstalled the game. Like I said before the post about it was deleted on the FS forums.

1.03 community patch?

Please clear that up. In order to play Shockwave correctly you should have the official 1.04 patch.

The first decade comes pre patched with zh 1.04 but the 1.03 patch has other fixes for the older games, al it does for generals is make it so you dont need the first decade cd to play.
