Now, after some downgrades with Russian aircrafts (namely Frogfoots and Su 50) and unimpressive (in my personal opinion) Ka-68 Hellion choppers, I find this update very cool!
Tesla is now really a tank considering its tank chassis.
The Golem? I loved it from first sight and my love just got better!
BRDM-2? Surprise for enemy tanks! Just loving it! Now we have a transport to carry some surviving conscripts from battlefield!

It can still do that.
Once you trigger it it will simply raise both coils slightly above the turret and move them closer to each other and couse the same effect as the current Tesla tank does.

So can the new TT fire both coils for faster ROF or does it fire them both as one giant attack for greater damage but longer recharge?

Love the work you chaps have put in on this game, and story line too. And i love that Golem tank, it reminds me of zee German Tiger 2 tank in WW2 but Russian! Your defo keeping this platform game alive no doubt about that. Cant wait to play 2.0 when its released in my attic on a cold rainy night!

Great work guys! The tesla tank is now a real tank, and the golem is now a lot more different from conventional tanks. Russia also gets a unit that is fast enough to defend against technicals and gatling tanks and so on.
You did a great job, I can´t wait for 1.85

Wow! The Tesla Tank was on top of my personal list of things to be retouched in Russia, great job!

The Golem has undergone a radical change - a piece of museum became a more modern tank equipped with auto-cannons that give a more aggressive appearance; the description of new abilities transformed the Golem in a more versatile machine and probably more useful than the "gangling giant" - Sentinel Tank.

The BRDM-2 was also very nice, a bit more modern and suitable for a support unit.

Overall Russia is definitely the most coolest faction in the game with several extra abilities for units encouraging a more intensive micromanagement, I'm loving this, another cool thing was the conceptual change of faction merging a larger number of RL elements with the fictitious things; continue on this path...

Nice update, the new tanks look really good. I'm jut a little bit confused by the new BRDM: On the right side it says 80-Y, but on the left side it says Y-08. Shouldn't it be one -or- the other on both sides?

I hope to read some new stories from the Russo-European War in an update soon. The counterattack on Berlin makes me curious.

Damn SWR, these are beastly looking tanks! I have a few questions though;

1: the Golem tank; how far in compairson to other AA units do they fire and damage? I don't want my Tunguskas being relics.

2: Will there be plans to add another conscript to the conscript drop, so that way you can man all the units dropped in the armor reserved drop, and then put the remaining men into the BRDM-2? Because as its sits, you would have 1 empty slot in one of the BRDM.
(Reason: 12-5=7, 7-4=3, 4-3=1 The 12 is for the original conscript drop, the 5 is the cost of putting a conscript into each vehicle, and the 4 is the number of infantry that is able to fit into each BRDM-2. If you made it 13, then not only would every vehicle be manned but both BRDM-2 would be fully loaded.)
