Map? What map?
EDIT: Oh, you probably meant the map in the demo video. I think it is called "Swiss Mountain". This post has been edited by Svea Rike Soldier: 1 Apr 2014, 22:30 -------------------- |

A bit upset about these Valkyries and jump jet troops. Very unrealistic. The rest is excellent. Hope ROTR doesnt turn in to Tiberium wars etc.

Those things are actually allready flying.^^ -------------------- |

...because everything else in ROTR has been renowned for dead-on realism so far Everything in ROTR has the feel of plausible. IMHO this would also extend to the mech-suits/jet-packs. The only thing that requires some suspension of disbelief is the Tesla coil weapons. In my mind however these units fire a single dart (much like a taser guns, but only one) and the science advancement is in the micro-filament cable that that connects the dart to the coil. The return would therefore be the ground, explaining why aircraft are untargetable. (The micro-filament would also be vaporized once the coil had discharged explaining why there aren't a bunch of wires hanging from the coil) |

Feel free to have me executed for my heretical ignorance, but the new protocol units such as the Fenris and the Jumpjet chappies, will they be built from the barracks/war factory e.t.c or from the actual tech structure? If this has been answered, I apologise.

The limited units will be produced by the R&D Compound whereas the ones that can be built in numbers are available at the Barracks (Jumpets) and at the Vehicle Depot (Anvil and Fenris).
