Can you use this picture to do Special Weapons and Secret Police image(The fat general is Special Weapons and the glasses general is Secret Police)? And you should strengthen chinese Infantry,like give china Flame spray soldiers or Mortars,also can make Black Lotus can attack(Kicking people).

I can't see that image for some reason, but the Chinese generals will use the cameos from the original unreleased beta Generals because The Hunter wants to include them for nostalgic reasons.
As for the rest, later versions will actually give the often seen Mortar Soldiers to all Chinese sub-factions but we are not adding them now because the standard Chinese arsenal is already equipped for all roles.
Flame infantry is not part of our plans, but we will of course add some unique Chinese infantry units to the generals later on. Lastly, Black Lotus is an infiltration and support unit and will remain without a direct attack.

Are the Chinese Mortar Soldiers taken from beta ?

Yeah, I actually remember them. I think they were meant to be rank avatars for multiplayer back in the day. Quite a shame that all of these pictures (there are also GLA and US versions) are largely
ruined by these giant, ill-positioned rank icons. IF The Hunter's decision of using the old beta cameos hadn't been final, chances are we would actually have used some of these for our generals, but alas...

Nope, we're not talking about those. We are talking about the cameos that are for used on the box art. For example the guy everyone thinks is General Ironside (even though that's the original Airforce General) is one of these.
