Why do topols exist?
I have heard that its because of eca turtle capibilities, but russia has already the easiest way to break them... Did I Miss something? -------------------- No technique is forbidden. |

They're a 2.0 unit that is only in the current version simply because they were shown very early and hyped up way too much.

For years, people have been yelling to the Devs: "Put Topols in the next release, please, PLEASE, PLEEEEEEEEEEASE!" And there you have it. Now, people are asking why is it there. Would you like it to be removed? Just play the game, for the love of God. Yes, it's an ICBM. Yes, it should fire anywhere on the map. No, it should not be purchaseable, but just the cooldown. But, as stated gazilion times, it's not a real life. It's game, man. It would be ridiculously game breaking if topol isn't limited in the way it is. And it's fucking awesome even with all of it. Since I always play Russia, I always use them. What other weapon has greater range?

I think they're just fun. Plus, it's an iconic Russian weapon. What modern Russian army wouldn't have them (besides in Red Alert)?
