1. why Bombardiers and Shock Trooper don't get red from berserk buff?
i remember why they don't create buff themselves, but don't remember they aren't affected by it. glitch of intended? 2. wouldn't it be better for Propaganda Spotlight to heal unit steadily(like current Boris) instead of momentarily? 'cause now it's like old Boris "2 health bars trick". |

I will always say boris's stimpacks should be renamed to something silly like homebrew vodka.
