Weird Air General Glitch Options

I have an odd glitch where the USA air general when building all show name Cobra and cant be deleted from building and when trying to delete become cobra icon if spam clicked and followed but blank icon, but the outcome is the usual chopper, dozer etc...
This makes air hard and annoying to play! Check it out maybe its only me... its in ShockWave

So for a quick recap: One time Glitch, all in building construction become 1)right icon but with Cobra name followed by blank tile named Cobra also 2) if spammed becomes Cobra icon (not the blank one) and when built both dissapear and CAN'T be cancled. Anyone has had same/almost same glitch? different general, different "Cobra", alltime/one time/some time?
