ROTR Encountered a serious Error

Hello All,

I am new here and I just installed my C&C Generals Zero Hour and install 1.85 and 1.86 patch of ROTR.

After installation, I usually run Zero Hour as Administrator in order not to experience the "You have encountered a serious error" issue.

But in ROTR's case, even if I run the launcher as Administrator, I am still experiencing the "You have encountered a serios error" issue.

I hope someone can help me with this issue.
