Why the Russian PAK-FA (su-57) has furtive ability and
the Americans F-22 and the F-35 do not?
Why are the F-22 invisible when I put this stealth skill on them?

Adding things from real life is a common writing tool to make fictional settings feel more "realistic", but it does not stop it from being fiction.
The devs, and even Hunter himself, has said many times in the past that ROTR is not aiming to be realistic. Mael was not being arrogant, he was just stating a fact. The one being "cheap and arrogant" is you.
U should know ROTR is not realistic, and either pure "real life weapons", because It would lose the essence.
ROTR is more based the Westwood style, balanced factions, competitive gameplay, etc. You can search on moddb some realistic mod for zero hour, they have a lot of graphics too.
I may also add that most of the units got their own names like the once known Msta (now Gorgon) or the bmp (now Mauler) or even totally new tweaks like the Hellion.
For my knowledge the KA 50 got replaced by their own idea of the Ka 68. Just so that those units fit better in their universe.
So as for what I understand and also like the SWR team preferce looks over realism but the later is still important for them.
Just a perfect mixture like the old c&c games of the Westwoodera.

The only language wanted on this forums is English. And you speak it quite well, from what I can see from your first post. I take it as a provocation when you switch to anything else. Especially if you use it to insult me. Consider this a warning, there won't be a second one.
Now, as I stated, RotR, even if it has models directly taken from real life, does NOT aim to be realistic. It is the way the mod is thought, and the way the mod is designed. And it is not going to change.
I wish they did a realistic XD version
(not exactly 100% but something quite close)
to solve this problem of the F-22 ... is something related to the W3D model?
SAGE engine is not well suited for your realistic game approach.
