I've just tested this on several different games.
10 games total, one against a brutal AI of each faction. 5 Games Crashed, 5 Games didn't. In every game that had crashed, Veteran company was chosen. The other games played out completely fine, I was able to finish them no problem. They lasted well above 30mins too. I upgraded everything I could, including Composite Armour and Aircraft Armour for all games. So if anyone else would care to test some games with Veteran Company and without just to make sure it isn't an isolated case, that'd be great. -------------------- Composite Armor has been installed, sir.

I tested this in relation to the paradrop CTD I had and it seems that having both Veteran Company and Chemical Suits then deploying paradrop GP causes crash. But if I only have one without the other no crash occurs. Though I must put on record that I however never had a crash from prolonged USA matches.
