Lags/freezes

Hey Guys,

first of all sorry for the bad english, but my motherlanguage is german.

i bought the Ultimate Edition of c&c about a week ago.

I installed everything with no problems but when i'm playing, i have game freezes every ~5 seconds which takes like 10sec everytime, in the time it freezes, my taskmanager also says no response.

Win 7 64 bit

can anyone help me there?
