Hey there, after buying the Officers Club CD I discovered that EA's site is obviously dead so you cannot really activate your officers club cd-key anymore.
However due to the fact that EA is rather predictable, in order to enable the goods for yourself you just need to edit the registry a bit.

I've written this for Windows 7 64bit but you should be able to adapt this to your system

CODE

1. Open registry editor
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Wow6432Node/Electronic Arts/EA Games
!!!!! This needs to be done separately for Generals and Zero Hour !!!!!
4. Select the game registry folder (You should see things like install path, language etc)
5. Right click on the right side of the window and select New -> DWORD(32 bit) name it "Preorder".
6. Set "Preorder" value to 1
7. Save registry and enjoy.

The bonuses are:
- Custom icon near your game in the multiplayer lobby (Sadly I didn't know about this when the multi was still alive so I have no way of checking how it looks :v)
- New medal in the skirmish medal section to make you feel great.
- Additional flag for your command center (This works for each of the factions) that other players can see and wish they were as cool as you.

Note: All of this is perfectly compatible with any possible mod and will not cause any problems in multiplayer because it's a simple registry change.
This can be used to create elitist stuff for mods as well as the command center flags are handled by a PREORDER module tag.

Now if only ROTR was coded for this, because as it stands, the GLA, Russia and ECA Command Centers don't have the code required for this (and presumably also the models).

Two questions;

1-Would this create missmatches of any kind if I were to only play zh?

2-If do the registry thing, It'll work on all of my copies of zh right?
Cause Im not sure which one I use on gameranger right now.

Update; I got the badge! But I dont see it in multiplayer

Yeah seems like it doesn't work online. Maybe this CD-Key activation wasn't pointless after all
