Hey guys, I have a question, there are tons of well-made mods out there, including Rise of the reds. They use EA content, but how come they cannot be sued by EA if they monetized there work on youtube? Would it be stealing and modifying someone's work on this? Guys I just want to know! I wanted to learn more about utilizing other people's content...
No one's stealing. It's a mod, it's built upon existing assets, but no one's profiting monetarily from it's existence, at least not developers. Streaming games was not illegal last time I've checked.
