Where can i download SWR.NET?

my hard-drive with working install of ROTR died. i thought not a big problem, will install again, did everything properly: 1.85 + 1.86final + 1.97pb1.2. but for some reason there was only one installation of swr.net(with 1.85), but as i understand there must be an upgrade. i did prior install long ago can't remember what release must have swr in it? or where one can download a stand-along install? i remember there was one on moddb, but see none now.

It should upgrade automatically when updating 1.86/1.87.

I had to download a separate file "network" which fixed the IP issue and works properly ever since!
