Although my native language is German, mine is terrible, on about the level of a 13 year old, as I didn't really continue learning it when I moved to Spain around that age. I still live in Spain, but I'll be moving back to Germany soon, because this country is in really deep doodoo.

Our National song (Vande Mataram) was written by a Bengali. Yes, my native language is Gujarati but the dialects differ with each city in the state of Gujarat. Like for example, I'm a Kathiyawadi (same group of Castes and Sub-Castes where our PM, Mr. Modi & India's richest, probably amongst the world's top five, people like the Ambani of Reliance, Dilip Sanghavi of Sun Pharma, belong to). On the whole, the heirarchy of the Caste system is a lot more complicated but very versatile and very interesting to know. Albeit, I only the know and can segregate the Caste system of Gujarat and I've no idea about any other 20+ States in India.
