Yeah, that guy is from Iran. Pal is from the Philippines, and doesn't speak Arabic.
Not to mention I doubt Pal would have the level of modding skill to even implement a unit.

I even remember seeing a defensive structure which was a mix of RotR's component tower (the RPG one) and CWC's Soviet infantry bunker in a screenshot there. But what matters most is that the friggin' author of the mod has hopefully ceased and desisted. So much for "3500 hours" of development.

While I do agree with you Destiny, this is just about the amount of how many mods this was stolen from.
Cold War Crisis, Rise of The Reds, Shockwave, NProject Mod, The End of Days, Vietnam Glory Obscured, and Contra are only to name a few that I recognized.

Using other peoples work without giving credit IS indeed pathetic, but I find it kinda sad how fervent modders defend their intellectual property against being reused by others... People outside the modding scene give away MUCH more than models & art, and they don't even make you ask for permission.
Anyway, just look at it this way:
