I already had zero hour downloaded on my windows 10 and working fine with the mod first time but then I tried copying the installer to my brother's PC(windows 7) and after installing it I got this error 'The system cannot find the file specified' even though we have the same version of the game.
So I tried almost all the steps in this forum and got no results because this error is actually unique and I have never found anyone complain about it.
What I did is:
1)reinstalled zero hour then modded it
2)copying the working one from my PC with and without the mod
3)changing the path of the installation to the data folder than the main folder
4)restarting the PC
5)Opening zero hour and it works fine but not the mod
6)Changing admin permissions
7)Changing compatibility to windows XP (Service Pack 3)
8)Lowering the graphics to its least in zero hour and the resolution
Still after all of this I get the error 'The system cannot find the file specified' when launching the game or the worldbuilder
