Question:
If the player is playing Vanilla China and did not choose the Nuke Cannon generals power, shouldn't the Neutron Shells Upgrade be locked/disabled unless the player chooses to use Nuke Cannons from the generals power menu? Kind of like Stingray Missiles Upgrade for Phoenix Bombers, Energy Shield Upgrade for Mammoth Tanks, etc. |
