Recently, Jim Vessella, a former EA producer who was a part of TibWars, KW and RA3 development, and now takes part in Rivals dev.team, stated that EA is going to create a proper C&C fo PC, and it may be a remastered version of one of the older games in the series. He asks to leave your ideas on OpenRA forums.
Just want to hear your opinion on it, guys and gals. Mine is: stop it already, and let it rest; but if you won't, then make it just a graphical and engine upgraded version of the original game, without changing any game mechanics. I prefer remastered RA2 or Tib sun BTW. Source on OpenRA |

As long as EA is touching C&C with their dirty hand I don't see any hope for any decent result.
