Is is possible to specify what types of vehicle the Blackhawk can carry? In Real Life, it could carry a single light vehicle. This means Humvees and Sentries. Not really tanks and heavy vehicles though.

Blackhawks can't carry vehicles except they can only reposition 105mm howitzer and some ammunition with several of crew in one single lift. Only Ospreys and Chinooks are supposed to carry vehicles and large crews of soldiers.

Only Ospreys and Chinooks are supposed to carry vehicles and large crews. Taking that in mind, shouldn't the Airborne Humm Vees be air transportable given how much weight has been reduced? -------------------- "I went to Afghanistan and all I got was Shrapnel!" -Anonymous |

As much as I don't like fishing for information, I feel this needs to be addressed.
What role will the PAK FA fulfill? Well it be an entirely new unit or will it replace some aircraft? According to the Wikipedia article, the Sukhoi PAK FA is a Stealthed Fighter-Bomber. Does this mean it replaces the Frogfoot? The Berkut? Or Both? |

It's currently planned as a replacement for Aleksandr's Berkut.

Why China is still using MiG 1.44 ?
I mean I like its design and new rockets and role, but somehow it not fill well in this new story and surrounding, I mean there is new Russian faction, and there is China that have two Russian jets, and maybe one Russian helicopter. Many people would say that China should use their new 5th generation fighter as a main fighter jet, but IMO I think they should use J-10 or even Xiaolong, cuz China's faction have crude old school design, and IMO it should remain so,and as for Hellfire MiG,could it be called Hellfire Jian or something similar, cuz China have more their own copies of MiG-21 that original ones. |

Fair point from a story perspective, but at the end of the day, we're REALLY not keen on changing something as minor as the name of a unit that remains entirely the same in both appearance and function. I guess this is just one of the problems that arise from having China and Russia in the same game; the fact that they're called MiGs obviously wasn't a problem back in the day. I suppose you could chalk this up as the planes actually being Chinese-made plagiarisms of the actual MiG-1.44 (which never actually went into production). This possible handwave is also the reason why we will never ever fix the spelling error in all their 'gatTling' units.

Yes, there will be a special jet that'll be exclusive to one particular general.

Why would we do that? It is for Special Weapons yes, but just copy-pasting the Phoenix would be tacky and stupid as all hell.
No, it's going to be a unique replacement for the MiG Fighter and from how I imagine it based on the docs, it's gonna be a huge pain in the arse. |

Speaking of Leang's arsenal, will the earthquake technology return in some form in ROTR?

One thing you do have to keep in mind is that RotR is a sequel to Zero Hour, not Shockwave. That means that this continuity's Deathstrike -was- that fat guy from the first ZH GLA mission, and that Leang's
'special weapons' did amount to nothing more than silly cross-techs, not all the awesome stuff like seismic or napalm weaponry. With that in mind, however, we will come up with a small explanation as to why that is. |

I know that ROTR doesn't share Shockwave's timeline, i was just wondering if we'll see a similar kind of weaponry in ROTR too. But I guess that means no, right?

My guess is that the unique technology, like Siesmic Weaponry, will not return. But technology that would fit in the ROTR universe (like the LOSAT, which was retired a few years ago to make way for a missile system that never saw the light, which was the CKEM) might make an appearence.

With that in mind, however, we will come up with a small explanation as to why that is. As you know, there were originally supposed to be three boss generals, each with the best of their respective sides tech (makes more sense than just one lore-wise). I have no idea why EA didn't go with the original plan, given that most of the stuff for them was in game. My guess is that the unique technology, like Siesmic Weaponry, will not return. But technology that would fit in the ROTR universe (like the LOSAT, which was retired a few years ago to make way for a missile system that never saw the light, which was the CKEM) might make an appearence. Actually, the LOSAT was canceled about 10 years ago and recently brought back as the CKEM. Maybe that can be the name for the US tank destroyer here. -------------------- "No bastard ever won a war by dying for his country. However, considering that, it might be nice to bring it into ROTR. Mach 6.5, however, might be hard to replicate ingame. |

SU-47 and add some more MiG variants for China. Maybe add some 4 more attack/fighter jets.
And Add Chinese Snipers din as well for Russia too. T-80, or any T variants for Russia, or Add the modern Katyusha MLRS too. Add some fighter/attack/bomber jets also for Russia. Javelin Troopers, F-35, F-18, M1 Abrams, Artillery and MLRS for USA is great too. For GLA add, F-5 Fighters, Cfir, or Some MiG and Su Variants too. T-50 or T-60 on their Tank Arsenal will do. |
