Marakar (GLA) vs GeneralAziz (Russia) Options

Constant aggression in this game with me (GLA) vs GeneralAziz. Aziz played really well as Russia for this game, and the power of Tunnels really shows here.

There were a few mistakes from both my end and Aziz's end. For my end, I think the lack of buggies would've reduced the damage of the mega blob assaults that took out my main base, since scorps fighting vs BMPs + Teslas didn't really work. Also, there were quite a few times where I sent my blobs from the South-West area with them getting demolished. I think it would've been better if I had a tunnel behind his base (or at least to the side of the South West bottom pathway). As for Aziz's end, I think the lack of second eco was really what lost him the game. Had he built some arms suppliers like 1-2 during the phases where he was pumping out Teslas/Tunguskas/BMPs to attack my main base, it would've at least allowed him to keep up with the scorp spam.

That was a great game to watch.
Still, it had some flaws, Marakar, spend your money mate, if you ahd got 3-4 arms dealers you would have been able to brute force your way through much easier,
also, grabbing some toxin tractors would have made your live vs the vdv and the garrisons much easier.

I was generally worried about surviving at that point in the game, since I was mainly keeping atleast 4k in the bank so I can atleast build a Supply + Arms Dealer if need be, which since I expected Aziz to push through my SW base once the SW airstrip got denied. I was just trying to wait until rank 5, since I knew that once he pushed in and he was in the middle of Anthrax Bomb, I could finally safely build up more arms dealers. Then again, I was floating in the beginning at some point, so thanks for the tip

He doesn't usually, but he has fantastic game sense and a lot of experience in the game in general. Considering his experience knowing the weaknesses of GLA it doesn't surprise me that he can capitalise on them.
