This time I have some suggestions for the GLA!

Rocket Buggy Airburst Ammunition Upgrade

Description: Once this upgrade is purchased at the Black Market, Rocket Buggies can toggle between their regular rockets and their airburst rockets, which explode over the target location, obliterating infantry with a small area of effect with each rocket, dealing less damage to vehicles in turn. These rockets don't track infantry, and don't burst over infantry units who have moved, instead bursting over where they would normally land.

Rebel Machete Attack

Description: Rebels carry machetes and can charge at infantry using them, killing them in one hit.

Marauder Salvage Level 1 Weapon Upgrade

Description: Marauders gain a roof mounted heavy machine gun, which fires slowly but is very powerful against infantry. It also gains a turret.

Marauder Salvage Level 2 Weapon Upgrade

Description: On top of its previous loadout, the Marauder gains a secondary gun barrel and two HE missile launchers that are effective against infantry and aircraft.

Technical Stealth Detection Upgrade

Description: Once purchased at the Black Market, Technicals can decet stealth.

Elephant Warship

Description: An oil tanker converted to a heavily armed battleship, the Elephant is equipped with multiple on board 40mm Autocannons and 4 SCUD Launchers in the middle of the deck. 8 RPG troopers patrol on the Elephant's deck, providing fire support and further anti-aircraft coverage. The Elephant is stealthed until it attacks. (Because it's an unsuspecting civillian oil tanker)

Terror Boat

Description: Tugboat captains loyal to the GLA have begun outfitting their tugboats with explosives and have successfully carried out many suicide missions against Chinese warships. The Terror Boat is a simple, cheap and fast suicide unit filled with explosives. Their brave captains steer their boats directly on hull of hostile ships, detonating explosives close to the waterline. The Terror Boat is lightly armored but is resistant to small arms fire. It is also stealthed until it is close to an enemy ship.

Scorpion Ramming Ability

Description: Scorpions can ram hostile vehicles at high speed using their ability, charging at their targets at a higher speed than normal cruise speed (this ability can only be activated at a certain range so no speed abuse). If the target is heavier than the Scorpion, both targets will be immobilized (still capable of firing) for a few seconds while the Scorpion takes damage. If the target is lighter than the Scorpion, then the Scorpion isn't immobilized and the lighter vehicle takes serious damage and is permamently immobilized.

Saboteur Hijacking

Description: Saboteurs can hijack enemy vehicles, but they cannot do anything with these vehicles but moving around. The hijacked vehicle preserves its team color, but its original owner cannot control it. The Saboteur can leave the vehicle at will, and when he does, the vehicle's control is returned to its owner and the vehicle is disabled for some time (simulating it being re-crewed without allowing Saboteurs to act like one-shot hijackers) This ability helps Saboteurs infiltrate the enemy base.

SCUD Torpedo Rocket

Description: SCUD Launchers are modified to drop unguided torpedoes instead of exploding during their descent. Because of their old technology these torpedoes are slow and unguided but have been fitted with additional explosives by the GLA, dealing incredible damage to warships when successfully struck.

Balloon Assasin

Description: Balloon Assasins are expert snipers in one man balloons which can be moved around, capable of sniping infantry below or immobile helicopters at a rapid rate. Against moving helicopters, their accuracy suffers greatly, but they still have a chance of hitting the pilot or vital instruments thanks to their rate of fire. Balloon Assasins can drop anchors to hold them in place over the sea, stabilizing them and allowing them to reach even greater rates of fire. The Balloon Assasin also has single-shot rockets onboard to attack vehicles, but each shot has a cost and a long reload time.

RPG Trooper Camoflauge

Description: RPG Troopers are stealthed when not firing, and can fire an extra damaging but unguided rocket at a target location before breaking stealth.

Handschar Mini Sub

Description: Another example of GLA's ingenuity, Handschar Mini Subs are operated with a crew of two and are both fragile and slow. However, they can eject multiple Demo Traps upwards with pontoons to heavily damage anything above them. They can also lay Demo Traps with a proximity fuse at a cost. The Handschar Mini Sub can also surface on command, with the weapons operator opening the hatch and manning a double-barreled heavy machine gun, capable of putting out an incredible rate of fire and high damage at a remarkable range against infantry and light vehicles. Explodes violently when destroyed.

SCUD Cold Launch Upgrade

Description: The SCUD Launchers are modified to perform cold launches. SCUD Launcher's unit cost is increased by 200 and the missile's engines are fired not at launch but slightly after the missile is ejected upwards, increasing the length of the firing animation. In return, rate of fire, range, vehicle speed and missile speed are all increased.

Quad Cannon Salvage Level 2 Upgrade

Description: The cannons are replaced with guided missile launchers like on the Technical, dealing universal damage at a high fire rate.

Glider Fighter

Description: With two fixed machine guns and two missiles on the wingtips, the Glider Fighter does diving attacks on enemy targets. The missiles are actually used as engines and are fixed to the wingtips. The Glider Fighter cannot land before expanding its fuel, and once it does, it slowly glides down to the ground, letting out the two Rebels that steer the vehicle and man the guns.

Rocket Buggy will get something better

as GLA ships haven't been seen so far, no comments on these

here's a better idea: why don't just shoot those ships directly?

just use Rocket Buggies if you want a more versatile artillery. about increased range? as if SCUD Launcher range is not far enough...

Direct encounter isn't GLA's thing though, they need to improvise the best they can.
