Aside from the Assault Humvee,

Were there any units, structures, general powers, upgrades or ideas that were considered for implementation in ROTR that never made it to the drawing board? If so what were they?

Well at some early point in planning, a Spanish gentleman thief/cat burglar was considered for the ECA hero but we decided to go for someone else who will be revealed to you once we start doing ECA updates again.
