How to disband a battlegroup? Also, is it possible to make battlegroups and units they consist of appear on the edge of the screen, not unlike Tiberuim wars?

What do you mean with disband? As for the second question, you can have them appear at the map border but not much else.

You can't and don't need to disband them. You can order a new one each 2 minutes 30 seconds.

You can't, unless you add an simple Red Guard, Ranger, etc to the respective CTRL+1 and kill him.
