No. Seriously. And they set it on mars.
It's pretty bare-bones, but for fucks sake they even have not-tiberium Kind of cute really. The balance is entirely out of whack (That's to say, there isn't any), and the only reason to ever build anything except "Tank thingy" is that there's build limits on everything. Then again, maxing out on "Tank thing" and throwing your "Tank thing" blob at them is pretty much the easiest way to win.
