SWR.Net issues, Help needed for it to work Options

Hello help getting SWR.NET to work would be much appreciated .
The First Decade
Windows 7 Professional v 6.1.7601
ROTR is installed in a copy of zero hour on the desktop , has gentool installed .

SWR.net info from the notepad document .
