I read somewhere,that Japan was involved in Second Korean War and thats all i could find.I know we cant have story for every country,but story about Japan could be interesting because its close to both China and Russia.So are they allies,are they in war or what?

People can generally write and post whatever fan-fiction they like. Whether it can eventually be treated as fan-canon is a different matter entirely, but you can give it a shot.
