In WorldBuilder, how do I properly script a special power (say, an Anthrax Bomb or F-18 strike) on a neutral/teamPlyrCivilian building like "TechLab/SecretLab" to be fired at a location such as a waypoint? how do i to it, i need step by step cause im newbie on WorldBuilder
