Shouldn't the Russian Conscript thing be a Chinese feature rather than Russian ? I thought Red Gaurds were Spam Based according to the Faction designs ? But, here I think Conscripts will outperform Red Guards in that regard.

Basically, we operated under the assumption that China wouldn't send out a little truck and deploy that somewhere to train Red Guards. They'd build a whole barracks instead. Plus, China wouldn't get a whole lot of benefit out of a unit like this, whereas Russia, which is less mobile, does. At the same time, the lowly little Conscript is an extremely versatile unit that will always be of use in all stages of the game for Russia: They kill things, they beef up your numbers, they buff each other by dying, they re-crew your vehicles, they detect hidden threats, etc - these are all incredibly useful abilities to have and if you can deploy them faster and closer to the battle, the better.

Armageddon is here..............

Not when RGs are trained in pair and unlike Russia, China can spam volunteers.

@DanPaladin12

The Server is in Germany but it not only depends on the server as playercould still establish direct connections which would bypass the server

Nah, chinese would paradrop the entire Barracks as is on your head as an "dynamic entrypoint" till collapses inself due to irrepairable infrastructural damage resulting from the crash-landing. tongue.gif

Is there currently any plans for attempting to revive online multiplayer for entire C&CGen or ZH and not just one mod(or will each mod develop his own small server ?) ? BF2 endured the closure of gayspy thanks to efforts among the playerbase led by experienced individuals. And wondering if there is any truth about the: "The tech running behind the servers were so old we couldnt even touch em" that had been spoken over at the official forum that feels like an lame excuse for not doing anything on this subject.

Almost every company else than EA choosed to patch or port over to another certain platform their older games to ensure future online playability(you can still sell it that way, must be very hard to understand for peeps over there), and then those peasants can still be found asking themselves "why is EA elected constantly the worst company?!?"
