.NET Framework 4.0 - Won't install, Windows 10 will not allow me to install .NET Framework 4.0

Group: New Members Posts: 2 Joined: 15 November 2016 Member No.: 13321	I took the liberty of doing a quick search for 'framework' to see if anyone had experienced the same problem. Whenever I attempt to start Rise of the Reds with SWR.NET enabled, the game will give me a popup, informing me that MSVCR100.dll is missing, which is more than likely related to .NET framework 4.0. I'm providing a link to an Imgur album, in which all relevant information should be easily visible, rather than me forgetting to mention something. I'd hugely appreciate any help anyone can offer me. In short, it appears that .NET Framework 4.0 won't install, because a newer version is already a part of Windows 10, making it impossible to uninstall from the computer (as far as I am aware, at the very least). I did google MSVCR100.dll, but the websites are all highly sketchy ... Plus, most sites gave me a file called MSVCR100.exe, which didn't inspire much faith. :\ However, thank you for the clarification, I'll try the link you provided and see if it helps.
