On medium and hard mode, Juhziz's planes that are supposed to attack your base appear at the perimeter of the map. There seems to be a location glitch where the planes do not accurately target the base.
Wait which planes? Juhziz does not have any aircraft
Do you mean generals planes?
They generally target the most expensive areas, so your eco or your army
But yeah like I mentioned before GC issues are known about
