Lore: The Party was sick of U.S. Navy SEALS and GLA Demolition specialists (if you make them) blowing up thier Nuclear Submarine and they needed a fix. Them had thier "expert" techs design a patrol boat to take out the sea based, explosive placing devil bringers to justice.
Description: The NPT is a Gattling Gunboat that is slower, has radar/sonar, and has a FLAMETHROWER!
I question the logic of using a flamethrower to attack people in water.
Though something like this could be useful against coastal defences, or other structures that could be deployed in the water like the shipyards (if there will be any).
though china will get napalm-themed ship later, we already have planned scout/detector ship for china. so this unit is kinda unlikely as its niche is already covered.
