I have been able to add limits to buildings, increase build time ect. Right now I need to know how I can place a limit of ''total units'' per person. Just want to make a patch to Balance stuff.

There's no way to make an actual pop cap in Generals. The closest thing you can do is re-purpose the power system make all units require power and make factories shut down when you're low powered, so you need to make more

Unfortunately my patch includes limits to buildings, and for the case of power generating structures I limited them in order to add strategy to the game. |

You could either do the power thing, which emulates Starcraft's weird supply thing better, or you could have every unit be given a MaxSimultaneousOfType and then give them all the MaxSimultaneousLinkKey = Unit.
Like starcraft and warcraft, it's not a hard-and-fast cap since non-production methods can easily bypass said cap (such as blowing up structures for more rangers) but it comes fairly close. -------------------- |
