I was wondering if it would be possible to extend the download options to torrentable.

the advantages

- Download speed depends on the peers
- the more peers the faster the download speed
- the faster download speed the quicker someone can try the mod

The disadvantages

- Not exactly Intuitive

which sites are you seeding? If I've an account there, I'll download and seed! Most of the Bit torrent websites are blocked in India. We have to use tor browsers to get to them or change our DNS settings to Open DNS or Google DNS (works with a couple of ISPs only).

I've not uploaded to any torrent sites just yet ive only uploaded the torrent to my personal dropbox. Is dropbox blocked by you?

Now, why would I block your dropbox?

In your earlier post you said that you are seeding on *multiple servers*, hence my question about which sites you were seeding the torrent. In order to make the torrent well known with a good number of seeds, would suggest that you catch hold of a tracker and share the torrent file on a few torrent websites. Your dropbox would be limited to those who have the address to your dropbox. You see what I mean to convey?

Oooooo Im sorry I was not clear. I meant I have servers seeding the actual installation file not that I have uploaded the torrent file multiple sites/servers. The only trackers I have running are

udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80/announce

udp://tracker.opentrackr.org:1337/announce

And DHT or course.

Which sites do you want me to add the torrent to?

Please do not apologize. Mistakes are bound to happen when we share things virtually and there is always a misinterpretation. I'm glad you clarified things.

The trackers are good enough and seem fine. Add the files to a couple of Bit torrent websites. Generally, Bit torrent websites do not allow guest users to upload their torrents. You will need to sign up with a few of them in order to be able to upload your torrent files. You might know some sites and if you don't let me know. I'll list a few of them. I've accounts in those sites. If you upload there, I'll download your torrent and help you seed!

Also, ahashare.com, extratorrent (ETRG Group) & RARBG are pretty good ones. I had a Demonoid account in the yestertears and after their main gateway got closed down I lost track of it. It would be nice and would really appreciate if you can send me an invite code through a private message.

No activation email for ahashare. As far as I know, in order to upload there, you need to send a request to the mods to allow you to upload torrents. If they accept, you will be able to upload else not! Weird logic but a wise one to eliminate fake torrents.

well that email is only to confirm your account. Even if you have a confirmed account on ahashare, you won't be able to uppload anything unless they receive and accept your request and allow you to upload! It is a highly moderated site. Also they do not allow any porn unlike the other Bit torrent sites. Albeit the site is good with respectable traffic and if you are able to upload there, SWR's Shockwave torrent would become a leech for hundreds of gamers in no time.

Besides, I saw the description you wrote for the Shockwave torrent on Demonoid and I must admit that it is impressive. Perhaps, the people here should read it! Just saying....
