This week we got some new stuff for China for you to show:
The Y-7 is a Chinese copy of the Antonov An-24 and An-26 designs. It is used as a light transport by the PLAAF and is often utilized to deploy air-dropped land mines.
This small truck, based in concept off of the famed mobile "Listening Outposts" used by the PLA, allows for mobile hacking in support of Chinese forces. The Internet Truck can carry two Hackers inside the cab in the back, but is much more suited for hacking support than the Listening Outpost's computer suite geared towards SIGINT gathering. Commanders should keep in mind that the Internet Truck lacks the stealthy capabilities of the Listening Outpost, and requires an Internet Center before requisition.

With the addition of the new Internet Truck, Listening Outposts are no longer able to carry Hackers but have instead been made more suitable for their intended reconnaissance role with the ability to scan the surrounding area more effectively.

Here we can see the new Internet Truck in action which is available at the Command Centre after an Internet Centre has been built.
The cosmetic radar dish on top of the vehicle will only start actively scanning/rotating when Hackers have embarked on the vehicle.

Nice models, but a blow to the Chinese secondary eco. Stealthed hackers were pretty useful.

However, searching more in a little depth she is indeed a model and she looks drop dead gorgeous and hence I asked her name in the first place. I don't understand the constant nerfing of Chinese late game. I've seen a few replay matches where China players are loosing terribly late game.
Adding the firestorm upgrade, making most (if not all) good units GP exclusive, removing artillery barrage and now by far the worst is this.
China needs good late game eco because it's units are tin armored. If it doesn't have good spam, it has nothing.
EDIT: If anything needs nerfing right now, it would be the Russian late game eco. Good eco with feature bloat is really unfair.

Just wait and see , the meta is shifting away from what was built on 1.86 into something completely different more-so than the transition between 1.82 to 1.85 .

Internet center is useful, finally. I liked the nerfs and the internet truck itself. And also i disagree about china late game being weak in 1.87, it isn't, china is all about numbers. Plus china's late game actually needed a nerf. Due to my experience with china in 1.86. China isn't that weak in late game in 1.86 due to their stuff. And also as Mizo said. Be patient and wait until 1.87 is released to public.

I quickly understood why the arty barrage was replaced by the para-bombs
however in my observation based on the stream is that it is starting to mimic the carpet bombing run of the USA in terms of the drop of the payload being linear

The trucks don't decide about the hacking performance, the Hackers do that by themselves.
UnpackTime = 7300
PackTime = 5133
CashUpdateDelay = 2000
CashUpdateDelayFast = 1600 ;<-------
RegularCashAmount = 5
VeteranCashAmount = 6
EliteCashAmount = 8
HeroicCashAmount = 10
XpPerCashUpdate = 1
PackUnpackVariationFactor = 0.5
End
As you can see, the DelayFast is only 1600ms, compared to the regular 2000ms. This means that whenever this Hacker is inside a hacker container (Internet Centre, Internet Truck etc), he will hack at that adjusted speed, regardless of what the container actually is.
