Warlord Sulaymaan, What are his tactics? Options

I still don't know what his tactics are. Wikia says "Overwhelming brutality." What does that even mean? I've skimmed through the Unit List and the Wikia, but could not deduce what his tactics are. Does anyone know what his tactics are? Is it chopping people's heads off, planting them on stakes, and demoralizing enemy troops? Performing inhumane torture towards POWs? If he shows his grotesque brutality enough times, will the players be overwhelmed with fear and then surrender and cuddle up into a ball in the corner of a room crying?

If you want RL equivalent, try reading something about the last 50 years in Liberia, and add makeshift tanks and WMDs.

Mature joke, Anubis... yeah but Sulaymaan is basically the opposite of the GLA's intended tactcs, i.e. stealth and subversion. He throws all that away in favor of heavy, frontal assaults with tanks, infantry, artillery, anything at his disposal to easily and quickly eradicate his enemy. Sort of like Russia but with more economic and weaker units. I also seem to recall Sulaymaan has some additional ways of acquiring income, I don't know where I've seen it but maybe cash bounties are exclusive to him.

That's what I thought as well, but that's not "brutality" (definition: savage physical violence; great cruelty). If they thought "brute force" (tactic already taken by Gen. Chen) and "brutality" mean the samething, it's not. One of ISIS/ISIL/IS's tactic is brutality. The purpose of that is deterrence and demoralization because it terrorizes their opponents. In fact, brutality fits Terror Cell better because Yusuuf's tactic is terrorization.

Salvage, black market, sabotage, fearlessness, and aggressiveness are how I would describe his tactics from my deductions. He reminds me of Deathstrike (Salvage general) as he was his top lieutenant, so he's his successor in a way. I also deduce that the Recycler truck will be an exclusive unit for him. But again, none of that fits the description of "brutality." Even if he did demoralize troops with a show of savagery, that's probably just a subset of his main doctrine.

Brute Force: Sulaymaan, Mau, Bradley, Wolfgang and Zhukov. Focused on big splashy guns, big tanks, steamrolling, and head on combat.
Faction Specialist: Yusuuf, Chen, Griffon, Willem and Aleksandr. Exaggerates factional traits. Stealth, Numbers, Air Power, Defenses, and Big costly units respectively.
Subversive: Ibraahim, Jin, Thorne, Charles and Orlov. Focused on sneakyness, recon, and hit-n-run.
Add in faction traits and that's quite the mix.

Maybe "Overwhelming brutality." is when you blend Fatality and Brutality into one...And then add some of Animality...
Even Shao Kahn pull that out,meaning how that is really hardcore Brutal.Just my thoughts on a subject.

I'd turn Mau and Chen around, seeing as Mau will get all kind of fancy (altho destructive) toys, while Chen focusses on blobfu (whether with inf, small tanks or huge tanks)

Chen is Faction Specialist, Mau is "Heavy Weapons". (and yes, it's Heavy Weapons, not Bruteforce. Which, say, in case of GLA or US means the same, but then there's Russia and China who are bruteforcers by design).

Salvage Truck is available to all three GLA generals. Its integral part of their new Salvage system.

They can. Just the Recycle System is another part of Salvage. The prime examples of Recycling are the nukes on Bomb Trucks. Thats Recycling if I am not mistaken.

Does Russia being the brute force assault faction and China being the spam assault faction mean that GLA CANNOT have assault tactics of its own?

That's like saying Russia cannot have artillery tactics of its own because ECA is an artillery faction (albeit with a turtle shell).
