i dont know if this was talked about, if it has my bad; BUT i cant help but notice there isnt a place where fan-made maps can be shared with fellow players of ROTR.

Well you can upload your maps onto the http://www.moddb.com/mods/rise-of-the-reds/addons which is open for anyone to upload files.

After doing that you can simply post a link to them on the forum

even beter, missions in ZH were hard to find cause 9/10 of them were no good

im finally able to start map n mission making again, it will be a day or 2 before i got my first 1v1 map ready for massmobilization

i had to scrap castle war, the AI wouldn't cross the bridges and aquatic units sat in the water a long time (sitting ducks)
