I Dont see how this is remotely related to rotr but Im guessing hes just showing this to "spark" the imagination of the dev team, or perhaps fish for info like someone else that I cant remember asked about the drones carrying humvee concept from Darpa.

Either way I like the second concept alot but wich one of theese will be big and huge with many missles and enough solar cells to stay flying forever?
