recycler bug, tried several times

Noticed that recycler rarely do not take special crates of factions technologies. IDK reason but in that game and not only in that I tried to steal T2 Russia crate dropped from Sentinel but unfortunately my recycle do it 3 times and no success. I even try to change it position but again fail. It's annoying because I need to protect him from enemy's fire and do not have enough time to full control him and do it many times.
