Unfortunately no matter how well crafted,trailer doesn't have quite a punch after all those streams...
And again,I beg you guys to make download available via torrent,I remember how painful was last time
we had big release when one half of community was submitting bug reports after hours of playing while
other couldn't even start downloading it due to fact links were suffocated for some time.

Both 1.7 & 1.8 were released some days after their trailers.
I presume it will be the same here. And then this week stream will be the LAST internal beta (Even if its released AFTER the mod)

Like I said on ModDB, last time SWR said "very soon" was for ROTR 1.72 and they released the new version the day after!

That only backups what has been said many times that the streams will continue after release. It has no relation to the release date.

Seriously people stop with the fishing already. The news that the release is coming soon and the trailer has you guys hyped but its no excuse to disobey the rules. You get an update and new stream pretty much every week compared to what used to be monthly updates 2-3 years ago so if we weren't fishing then...Im sure you can bring yourselves to hang on for the time that remains to release day.
Anyway great job on the trailer Luis! The scene with the horde of volunteer squads over running the defences looked seriously cool.

Yeah. In the past, trailer generally generally indicated release the following day, although I sadly think that is not the case here.
Very odd, since the Hunter stated that release would be "imminwnt" after the trailer.

The Trailer originally had its last title card to a date. But since we're doing the final touches to it, like, AI/SWRNet; all core elements are complete but we're taking extra steps that are needed so the release can go smoothly.
I cannot stress how close it is. And I fear if I speak more it'll spoil the fun

Since release is near I have a technical question: Does anyone have any bearing on whether or not the unofficial patch for The First Decade affects RotR in anyway at all? The first time I installed RotR 1.802 it was problematic though after a clean re-install of The First Decade then applying the unofficial patch everything seems to work better. But I am not completely sure. Can anyone confirm this or was it just coincidence?
