Valiant Hearts is a game developed by Ubisoft Montpellier and published by Ubisoft focused on the First World war.
I want to hear your opinions about the game. how that you've reacted as the story progresses and so on.

I happen to be playing that game with a friend on Saturdays at the moment, it's pretty fascinating, especially the art style and the way it handles its story. At one point, we observed that it's basically the game version of a non-existant Franco-German WW1 memorial art film that would be shown on Arte at 2AM; valuable, but underappreciated due to its heavy subject matter and niche appeal. Last time we played, we stopped at the part where Karl tries to break out of the POW camp. The plot definitely has that 'wanting to find out what happens next' appeal to it, what with the interesting mix of depressing war moments and occasional bits of absurd humour.

Finished the game today. Quite fascinating. It falls straight into my personal 'brilliant games - that I'd never want to play again' category.
