AI ICBM Silo Reloading Issue

Hey guys,

I'm working on my ECA campaign at the moment and I've run into a problem. I'm trying to get the Russian AI to build a MIRV at the missile silo, but everything I have tried so far has failed.

I've given the AI ICBM clearance, tried using 'Command_UpgradeRussiaRearmICBMSilo', 'Command_UpgradeRussiaRearmICBM' (both as a named unit and as a team) and the upgrade 'Upgrade_RussiaTopolMIRVMissileUpgrade' (I know this is for the Topol, but it was worth a try).

Any help will be appreciated and you will be credited when the campaign is released wink.gif

If the same scripts don't work then don't bother... You can always edit an existing civilian unit/building to be a loaded missile silo, then remove the silo in question and place this one on the same position of the normal silo.

I could not get MIRV to fire unfortunately as well. It's probably something to do with its INis.

You can replace that with Topols however. They work fine.

Thanks for the help, I think I managed to work it out.

I've used 'RussiaRearmICBMUpgradeSilo' under Russia>System and placed it directly on top of the Missile Silo, this instantly gave the silo a MIRV.

I then scripted (after 10 seconds)
"Team 'ICBM Silo' use ability 'Command_TacticalNuclearStrike' at Waypoint 'ICBM Strike'".

This seems to do the trick for a one-off nuclear strike, but I still need to test if the Silo rearms again.
