I wanted to include buildings / defences from the beginning but eventually decided to leave them out.
Maybe i will add them sometime later. But for the moment there are other things i wanna do first.

Hello guys

Since there are quite a few people who are waiting for a rotrdex update, i want to inform you why its not there yet and maybe wont come anymore.

Obviously during christmas / new year i had other things in mind than programming stuff.
After that i continued working on rotrdex... but then... something happend...
Last week my office room at home went up in flames. Luckily the fire could be extinguished before any other room was affected.
But still all my private computer stuff is now gone, including backup hdd's. So also the current source code of rotrdex is lost. sad.gif

What a great start for 2016!

By change i found a copy of the v0.1 sources. So i may resume the work sometime but i will have to rewrite alot of things in order to reach the current version.

So i am really sorry to disappoint you, but there wont be any more rotrdex updates for quite a while

Well, since i got my stuff mostly back together, i will soon begin to rewrite things to reach the current state of rotrdex and eventually add new features.

Regarding shockwave, it is possible for sure to make a similar application. But it wont work from the go and would require quite some rework.
So if i ever reach a state of rotrdex where it is considered "done", i might try to port it to work with shockwave. But no promises on this

I just took a look at the files. The fact that the structure is the same, will help alot for sure.
Still there are quite some ROTR specific things implemented (e.g a lot of exclusions, dummy weapons, unused upgrades, units which most not show up...)

So, just get that thing running for SHW may be not that hard actually. But the fine tuning(handling exceptions, special upgrades, salvage +3 etc...) would still need some work.

Dushka Nests and Stinger Sites don't show their weapon values.
Cyclops Laser doesn't have its anti-missile weapon.
Gustav Commando doesn't have his Gustav.
Jaeger doesn't have his sniper rifle.

This is coming from my end, so I don't know whether it's the same for everyone.

Dushka and stinger dont have weapons themself, they spawn units. So this behaviour is not yet supported.
For the other missing weapons: they all use bike logic, so you have to switch the rider in order to get other weponsets (rider switch is the little guy on the bicycle smile.gif )

Oke, found some actual bugs this time:

*The Igla Trooper has the AP Rockets upgrade [albeit it does nothing when selected];
*The Stinger Trooper's damage/range values after AP Rockets are incorrect - from 30 to 50 damage and from 300 to 399 range. It seems like the garrison bonus got lumped together with the AP Rocket bonus.

Actually you found bugs in the code smile.gif
Just checked them, Igla's heroic lockon weapon benefits from the AP rockets, so thats why you can see the upgrade.
And with the stinger guy theres actually something weird. when upgraded he really deals 50 dmg ingame, i did some tests. so he receives the garrison bonus. but somehow the range doesent get affected... well as said, weird.

Did a bug report for these
