I have just updated my PC and lost almost all my RotR work. Even a China's "peace" trailer almost done gone (sad sad days).

but nether the less, lets get back to work
with this lost its given me some fresh view and ideas.... and i need help with some of them.
lets start of with a RotR symbol idea....

was trying out RA3 on high settings ^.^ and the menu give me a realy good idea....

I don't really understand the last idea you said, but sounds pretty good to me.
I'd wait for 1.5 or 2.0 before doing this though.

oh BTW what i meant is.... ill give u a E.G: see ur ECA plane sig with the nuke in the background? stuff like that. just dont show the tank or what ever fires the type of weapon ur trying to show.

im Sooooooooo looking forward to see if any one wil make this and to see what the out comes looks like.

I will obviously give it a shot, but right now I'm working with KamuiK to prepare some things for the ROTR:RP.
Once it's done I don't see why not.

Gameplay for GLA and ECA is sorta scarce so it won't be easy.

Any chance of a picture of that star without your annotations on it? I can use it as a base.

Granted the 4 ideas are just basic ideas if u or any other ppl want to add something else to make it better... i say go NUTS!

Definitely like idea 1 and 2 better, though that's mainly because I don't understand what you're trying to convey in idea 3 and 4. Regardless, I think a logo like this would have to wait for the version in which we include all 5 factions.

ok u see my sig right? see how picky added the pic's out side the star. well idea 3-4 are just like that BUT! instead of pic's (cause u got them already in the new star) of each faction. try to make the pic's of the weapons types of each faction.
E.G
the China side would have a nuke explosion and a napam fire and a flank explosions.
Russia would have a FOBA going off and a zapp or two from telsa weapons

this idea may or maynot work but i thought why not put it out there.

i hope the that fix's my explan from before.

Ah, so the GLA would show a massive conventional explosion and/or chemical warfare, the USA would have Lasers and the ECA several explosions from an artillery strike?

It'll still be difficult until all 5 factions are released. For your sig I stole a SCUD storm from ZH for GLA. And I made the ECA image myself.

When you said ECA gameplay is scarce you could always take a look at my video of the ECA superweapon on youtube even though its from the time it was in rise of Europe if you want it give me a shout and ill send you the download link or just send you the file via email.

Two problems there. Although thanks for the offer.

SWR have said the Solar Blast weapon will be different to the one in ROE (Different particle effects I guess)
Videos are not the highest quality in some cases.

how about instead of using photos for the white arrows use the morron colour of Russians and the Blue arrows use Red like the star on the tanks.
if this works. give new meaning to "rise of the reds" if it doesnt oh well.... just a other random idea.
